There’s more than one bad apple here . . .
Judge Robert Scola gets mad props from me today for two reasons. First, he censored both Apple and Google for using litigation has a never-ending business strategy.
I’ve written about this before, but I’ll summarize: litigation to limit competition is shitty for the consumer (that’s us).
The second reason he gets “mad props” is for his verbal skillz. Not only did he call them out for these asinine business practices, but he did it with the following words: cantankerous and obstreperous.
Some of you might find that arcane, but to me, it’s full of win. Go get ’em Judge Scola! Please help us bring actual competition back into the world of consumer tech.
